Have a look here:
http://www.brain.org.au/software/mrtrix/faq.html#FSLencoding
Ideally you should extract your gradient table from the original DICOM
files. Failing that, if your acquisition was in real axial orientation,
you can copy-paste your text-files so they look like this:
http://www.brain.org.au/software/mrtrix/tractography/dwi.html#dwscheme
and then feed that file to subsequent commands using the *-grad* flag.
