[Mrtrix-discussion] Urgent global tractography

Hi Vinay,

I'm not 100% sure, but I suppose you might have been confusing the term
"global tractography" with "whole-brain tractography"; is that correct?

If so, a good step-by-step tutorial on doing (whole-brain) tractography
using MRtrix is provided in the manual:
