[Mrtrix-discussion] dwi2response

Hello mrtrix users,

     I am a new mrtrix user and I am trying to process some diffusion data
using the new mrtrix3 software package. I am currently stuck on the
Response Function Estimation step. I started the dwi2response program
over 36 hours ago and it is still running. Is this normal? Or is
something going wrong?

    The DWI data I am trying to process has 25 directions and a b=850.
