[Mrtrix-discussion] mrtransform

Dear all

My question might seem easy for some of you but I haven't been able to
figure out how to upsamle using Mrtrix3.
In the former Mrtrix version (0.2.11), i used to write the following command

mrtransform -template dwi_2x2x2.nii -upsample 2 dwi_2x2x2.nii dwi_1x1x1.nii

However, -upsample is not a valid option in the new version.
