[Mrtrix-discussion] problems using mrview under OS X Yosemite

I haven't tried to compile this version of MRtrix on MacOSX for a very long
time, so not sure I'd be able to help much. My first suggestion would be to
try a recompile of MRtrix:

$ ./build clean
$ ./build

If that doesn't fix it, the other suggestion would be to try upgrading your
GTK/GTKGLext installation. That will depend on the framework you used to
install it in the first place, you'd need to consult the documentation for
that.

If that still doesn't work, the chances are that GTK2 will simply no longer
work on MacOSX. Given that it's been deprecated a while back (GTK3 is the
current version), the chances of any of the developers fixing this any time
soon are remote... In this case, you might want to consider upgrading to
MRtrix3 <https://github.com/jdtournier/mrtrix3>...
