[Mrtrix-discussion] Images "aligned" for tckgen?

Dear Mrtrix users,

I want to run a whole brain tractography, with seed-image is image of white
matter obtained from 5TT file. As Mrtrix performs tracking from 'real
space', I do not need to re-sample my seed-image into diffusion space,
however, must these images be "aligned", cause my patient moved slightly
his head between the sequencies?
