[Mrtrix-discussion] seed-dynamic option in tcksift

Hi Anna,

No documentation yet on the -seed_dynamic option. I implemented it quite a
while ago, and included it in the code because it looked like we weren't
going to bother publishing it.
The full details will now appear in the SIFT2 paper appendix.
The underlying algorithm has also been improved, the code for which will be
uploaded once the paper is accepted (it also requires updating the code
base to C++11, but that should happen fairly soon!).
