[Mrtrix-discussion] Installing mrtrix0.2 on OSX Sierra

Hi Jan,

I haven't tried to compile MRtrix 0.2 myself for a long time now... There's
a good chance things will work out with a couple of minor changes, but I
can't access your log file. Can you send it again?

Also, have you tried using my personal repo for MRtrix 0.2
<https://github.com/jdtournier/mrtrix-0.2>? It contains a couple of fixes
to allow it compile on modern systems, there's a good chance that will fix
it. The direct download to the source is here
