Hi Mrtrix-users,

We are a clinical and experimental neuroimmunology team of Barcelona (Spain) and we try to develop a tool to characterize the lesions in Multiple Sclerosis (MS) from diffusion tensor imaging. We are very interested with this tool of spherical deconvolution (CSD) to estimate the orientation of multiple intravoxel fiber populations within regions of complex architecture, such as MS.

However, we obtained a mistake when performed tracking fibers. In picture can show this mistake, the fibers into Corpus Callosum don't have the correct shape. Normally it has the shape of U. What is wrong? Can we flip this strange architecture with any tool?
