Daniel Asay<https://cbs.fas.harvard.edu/directory/6975/> is our special guest speaker this month, from the Neuroinformatics Research Group at the Harvard Center for Brain Science, where he has been working with Tim O’Keefe and colleagues on open-source quality control pipelines (XNAT 1.8+ plugins). Historically speaking, diffusion weighted imaging QC has been challenging, and they are excited to share their current work. Daniel will be discussing their latest diffusion-weighted imaging QC pipeline in his presentation: “DWIQC: A Diffusion Imaging Quality Control Pipeline.”
