[Repronim-training-2017] [ReproNim SFN workshop] Instructions for installing docker

Dear all

We have e-office hours on the slack channel today (9am-10am and 2pm-3pm EST):
make sure you have Docker installed before joining on Friday and ask us
questions if you run into trouble (see below) !
