[Sdm-commits] Reporting FDR corrected probabilities

Hi SDM team

I want to use your online FDR calculator (http://www.sdmproject.com/
utilities/?show=FDR) for correction for multiple comparisons in a ROI
neuroimaging study. The tool mentions the resultant values as "corrected
probability". I came across a few papers that have used the same tool. They
report the values as either "corrected p-value" or "false discovery rate".
Based on my limited understanding, I guess "false discovery rate" would
be more appropriate. But I've heard that there are techniques to calculate
adjusted p-values through FDR. How would you suggest to report the value
calculated from your web tool?
