We develop a deformable template model framework based on “progressive surface deformation” method (Kim et al, IEEE-TMI: 34(6), 2015) to reconstruct target shapes with point-wise correspondence to template models robustly by minimizing the distortion of template models. Our toolbox contains a set of tools for constructing mean images, reconstructing individual surface models, computing average surface and finally computing local deformity. This toolbox was developed by KAIST and University of Edinburgh (http://cgv.kaist.ac.kr/brain) 2019-10-11 3 - Alpha Windows - MITK-based (App_ShapeModeling) 1.2 2019-10-10 3 - Alpha Windows - MITK-based (App_ShapeModeling) 2019-8-25 3 - Alpha Windows - MITK-based (App_ShapeModeling) 2019-8-24 3 - Alpha Windows - MITK-based 2016-11-20 3 - Alpha DTM Ver1.1 MacOSX 2016-8-11 3 - Alpha DTM Ver1.01 MacOSX 2016-8-09 3 - Alpha Version 1.0 Deformable Template Model for Brain Analysis 3 - Alpha, Computational Neuroscience, End Users, Freeware, MacOS http://www.nitrc.org/projects/dtmframework/
