The R package is maintained. **** Group Iterative Multiple Model Estimation (GIMME) is a free Matlab toolbox for directed functional connectivity analysis of the fMRI BOLD signal from predefined regions of interest. GIMME reliably recovers the true structure of connections and estimates the weights attributed to each connection (equivalently termed “path” or “adjacency”). Importantly, patterns are obtained at both the group and individual levels.
