Microstructural correlation toolbox
Microstructural correlation toolbox (MSC) is a Matlab-based software library to perform independent component analysis on group white matter skeleton generated by FSL TBSS.
The script produces stable estimates of the white matter tract or tract segments that resemble highly correlated variation profiles across a group of subjects. Please refer to the following publication for detailed information:
