Error: Unable to process Nodal shortest path length data due to multiple NaN values being generated

Hello,

I'm using Gretna to derive Global Network measures from data obtained via fNIRS. The parameters set are as follows:

  • Matrix sign: absolute

  • Thresholding by sparsity (0.05 to 0.95 at intervals of 0.05) 1*19

  • Network type set as binary, with other parameters left at default.

However, while extracting the shortest path length, numerous NaN values are being generated. I've attempted to adjust the parameters, but the results remain consistent. Could you please assist us in understanding the issue and how to resolve it?
