This is parsed from Siemens CSA header, but apparently not
correctly. To verify, use image location to align mosaic with
non-mosaic series from the same study - should match but doesn't.

Apparently the CSA header information related to the location of
the CENTER voxel, not CORNER voxel, in a given slice.
Also, it seems the standard-DICOM ImagePosition tag specifies the
origin of an image the size of the entire mosaic, if such had been
acquired.
