I want to install FANTASM for MIPAV following link http://mipav.cit.nih.gov/pubwiki/index.p...
But I cannot download this plug-in from medic website. I think theserver is broken. If you have it. Can you send this file to myemail? My email is toanhoi@skku.edu

Dear Bui Toan,

This is the correct website to get FANTASM (I downloaded LESION-TOADS-nightly, and FANTASM was there). The missing step is you must also install the CRUISE dependencies. You can get those from two places, one is the Cruise-TOADS bundle available on this website (the 192M jar), or you can download the CRUISE-JIST bundle from here: http://www.nitrc.org/projects/jist/ You can install these in any order, so there's no need to start over.

If you've already downloaded and installed the LESION-TOADS nightly, you may find it easier to just download the bundle from JIST to avoid different versions, but either one should work. To start with a clean slate, remove the mipav/plugins folder that is in your user folder.

Hi justin,

I am running into several issues downloading FANTASM for MIPAV. I have installed TOADS-CRUISE and FANTASM shows up under Plugins -> TOADS-CRUISE -> Segmentation -> FANTASM. However when i click on FANTASM the toolbox the dialog box will not show up for the next steps on tissue segmentation.

Am i missing a dependency/bundle  to be able to use FANTASM ? I was hoping to download the FANTASM plugin through the link on MIPAV but it can't reach the page. Would it be possible to have the files sent to my email pr663935@dal.ca? ;

Side note: I am not sure if this is related to this but this is what shows up in my output box under debug: DEBUG level 0: Unable to find menu item named Show Expanded Model
DEBUG level 0: Unable to find menu item named Adaptive noise reduction
DEBUG level 0: Unable to find menu item named Graph based
DEBUG level 0: Unable to find menu item named Time series optimized automatic registration
DEBUG level 0: Unable to find menu item named ActiveContours

Any help would be appreciated.
