TOADS-CRUISE error at SPECTRE
Dear all,
I am trying to run TOADS-CRUISE on a 3DT1 FSPGR. and I get an error at the SPECTRE stage. It freezes at SPECTRE 0% and in the stderr I get : "Exception in thread "Thread-2" java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: gov.nih.mipav.model.algorithms.registration.AlgorithmRegOAR3D. (Lgov/nih/mipav/model/structures/ModelImage;Lgov/nih/mipav/model/structures/ModelImage;IIIFFFFFFFFFFFFZZZZIII)V
The same thing happens when I just run SPECTRE 2010 or SPECTRE 2009.
I am running MIPAV 5.4.4 on a Red Hat Linux 64x machine (16GB memory assigned to MIPAV) with the last plugin downloads (JIST-CRUISE-2011May09-11-42AM, Lesion-TOADS-Nightly-20120813, TOADS-CRUISE_2012_Mar_23_R3c). The JIST Layout tool is activated. The stderr for longcruise is attached. The lesionTOADS works.
