I was informed by email that "You have been added to the 1000 Functional Connectomes Project team on NITRC with a role of User". However, I still cannot downlod data from http://fcon_1000.projects.nitrc.org/indi/pro/eNKI_RS_TRT/NKI_Rockland_dicom_dl.html. Could you plesae help with this?

When I tried to download data, it says: This tool/resource's administrator will have to grant you permission to view this page.

The data can be downloaded now.
