Hi all,

I've been carrying out dynamic functional correlation analysis using a moving time window on the cc200 ROI data for the ABIDE1 CPAC preproccessed data, and noticed null values in one ROI when looking at the correlation matrices. 

Looking closer it seems like for the Caltech group, one ROI contains only 0 values in every subject, the ROI in question is different for each subject. Is this an indication of missing values?
