I can not visualize output of GenParaMeshCLP step, .vtk mesh and it's parametrization.
please guide me.

Can you be more specific? What did you try and did not work?
Did you load the *surf.vtk into Slicer or ParaView or ShapePopulationViewer? Were you able to see that surface?
Did you load the *para.vtk into Slicer or ParaView or ShapePopulationViewer? Were you able to see that surface (turn the other surfaces off and recenter the view, if you are using Slicer)?

This vtk mesh is empty. If you use a text editor to open it you will see its empty, so Slicer is not going to show much. 
Do you get any output messages from GenParaMeshCLP?

This mesh is also empty (you can see that yourself, as I said earlier, by using a notepad-like program). Are you specifying all arguments in GenParaMesh correctly? Are you specifying the right label value? Also, you could try to modify your segmentation and see if there are any changes.

Is it possible for you to run this input data using the command ShapeAnalysisModule and share your output folder? There is useful documentation in the Docs section (https://www.nitrc.org/docman/view.php/30...) that explains how to write an input csv for that command.
