I experienced the same problem,
especially in the advanced mode, as well as similar errors when
trying to dilate regions in either basic or advanced mode. Any help
would be appreciated indeed!11-May-2020 21:01:25 | FATAL | wfu_pickatlas.m | MException thrown. Stack follows:

RE: Problem saving masks
Hi, did you ever find a solution to this? I am having the same
problem when I try and dilate the masks, despite the software
working fine a couple of months ago. I am not sure what has changed
to result in it no longer working.
Thanks,
Holly
Thanks,
Holly
