Dear Experts,

I am using the wonderful tool MFU-Pickatlas for creating a mask. I generated the bilateral 3D sphere union mask for the MNI coordinate +/- 10 10 10. I saved the mask and co-registered with the SPM output file to reslice 1.5 x 1.5 x 1.5 voxel dimensions. Later I used this mask for small volume analysis in SPM. I would like to confirm that the mask generated is whether in Talairach or in MNI space.
If it is in Talairach space how to convert it to MNI space?
