Problem with file size
Hi,

I have a problem while creating ROI. Apparently all regions that I created recently have a size of 348 octets instead of the usual 903 Ko.
Because of that I cannot use it in my SPM analysis

I got this error message
Error using spm_slice_vol
File too small.

Does someone know why?

Info: I use the same computer and the same version of the software as 3 weeks ago (everything was fine at that time).

Thank you

Audrey

RE: Problem with file size
Hi Audrey,
Something is different.  Could be software or interaction.  Did you do an SPM update?  Are there messages in the Matlab Command window when you create the ROI?  Without more details I can not help you.

RE: Problem with file size
Hi Benjamin,

Thanks for trying to help me.
Apparently reassigning the wfu file to the matlab path again made it work.

Thanks again,

Audrey

Just for information, this is what was written in the matlab command window when trying to save a VOI.

Hey, I just encountered the same issue, which appeared when I started to use a new Matlab version (2015). Not sure to know what "reassigning the wfu file to the matlab path again" means.
Any suggestion?
