WFU_pickatlas misses lower part of cerebellum
Dear,
I installed WFU_pickatlas to generate masks.
Today I created one, but the lower parts of the cerebellum and medulla oblongata are missing on this image (in attachment). It looks like it is cut in a random place in the cerebellum.
Do you know how I can fix this?
