Hi,
the newer verson of 3dAllineat will compress the output file (it outputs .nii.gz file instead of .nii file). This causes an error when I run "run_pestica_est.sh".

Thank you for pointing this out to me, I unfortunately tend to run
a few months behind with AFNI installations. I have a few
fixes I am putting together for the end of this month. Thanks
