Problem facing Ground truth volume reading
Hi Andy,
As Ground truth image is storing the value as 0,1, 2, 3, I am just printing out the voxels with value 1. It shows that the CSF is in the centre only, whereas it is present at boundary also. The image is attached here for your reference.
