Particle Analysis
Dear All,
I recently tried to use VAA3D and found it very interesting.
I however didn't find a way to do some particle analysis as we can do using Fiji/ImageJ.
After thresholding, I would like to run some particle analyis and filter by size so I could keep the biggest one.
Is it possible and if yes is there some detail documentation on how to proceed?
Best,
Benjamin

RE: Particle Analysis
No, we do not have particle tracking
in Vaa3D yet. But it is quite easy to do so if you use the Vaa3D
plugin interface which offers 5D data handling and visualization /
analysis capabilities.
