.mat to vaa3D format
Hi all,
I have a 256*256*256. mat file, a 3D refractive index map, and I wanted to render it by Vaa3D. Could you give me the ideas how can I do that?

What is meant by a refractive index map? By the way, I also want to
know about converting .mat to some Vaa3d format like .swc
