MIPAV 4.4.X (June 2010) Posted By: Bennett Landman - Jun 8, 2010Tool/Resource: JIST: Java Image Science Toolkit The newest nightly releases of MIPAV (since 5/28/2010) are not backward compatible with previous binary releases of JIST. The new MIPAV introduces a substantially improved and fully-3D VOI system (which I am sure that you will enjoy). A few changes are needed to the JIST API ... I am working to resolve this ASAP. I intend to have a fully compliant build ready by the next stable release of MIPAV (end of June 2010). Thanks for your patience. Please report any abnormal behavior with JIST to our forums. Be sure to include the FULL version of MIPAV and JIST that you are using. |
