Hi All,

I working on a project which requires me to extract regions of interests from the ReHo mapping which is in .nii file.
Please help me with the same as I am an undergrad student and that too from Computer Science background so its very difficult for me to even search for relevant articles explaining the process as many of the terms are beyond my current knowledge. I just need the pathway pointing in the right direction for my work.
Any help is highly appreciated.
