I recently downloaded 1099 structural images of the ABIDE I dataset from COINS and have been processing them. However, when I went to compare the structural data to that found in the Composite Phenotypic File (see http://fcon_1000.projects.nitrc.org/indi/abide/abide_I.html), I found that the subject IDs did not match and weren't even close to being similar. For example, all of the subject IDs from COINS contain a 5-digit identifier that starts with "3" while the subjects IDs in the phenotypic data begin with "5". Thus, I was wondering if anyone has encountered similar problems, or how I could go about resolving this issue.
