ABIDEII data
The data available on AWS for ABIDEII includes fmriprep/denoise for all subjects with only chosen preprocessed file. The headers are corrupted, and the preprocessing does not include MNI normalisation

Is there any source to download raw anonymised ABIDEII data or the data with CPAC preprocessing?

I am curious because in this paper authors do analysis on CPAC preprocessing on both datasets https://arxiv.org/pdf/1809.06219.pdf

thanks

RE: ABIDEII data
I have same issue with you.
Did you solve the problem? Then, how did you make it?

Thank you.

RE: ABIDEII data
As your suggestion, I let my browser enable the FTP URLs.
Then, I open the chrome and paste the URL (s3://fcp-indi/data/Projects/ABIDE2/Outpu...).
But still it does not work.

This is the error on my screen.
Could you tell me how did you open the link and filter the data?
I would like to download specific data (such as ABCxxx.nii.gz) among various preprocessed data.

RE: ABIDEII data
Hi!

After enable the FTP in my browser, I also downloaded an FTP client program (in this case was FilleZila) to finally allow me to download the files.

But there is another option to download ABIDE data... I attached the .txt file that explains how to download the data you want, basically by running a script in your Python prompt (if you have that installed).

Regards,
Hugo

RE: ABIDEII data

Do you know the specific preprocessing steps that denoise performs?

thanks.
