A big problem. The dimension of fMRI data is different from the atlas for the ABIDE I data.
I downloaded the ABIDE I Preprocessed data for calculating distance
correlation between the voxel time series of a pair of ROIs. But I
found the preprocessed data has non-overlapping volumes from the
masker(atlas). For example, I found the dimension of the
Preprocessed functional image is <61×73×61×T> (T is the
number of time points). But the dimension of the ROI atlases such
as Harvard-Oxford (HO) is <65×77×63>. Is there other
Harvard-Oxford (HO) atlas has overlapping volumes with the
preprocessed functional image? Thank you.
The data I downloaded is from the folllowing link of ABIDE
