slice time information, and abbreviations
Regarding the ABIDE 1 dataset.
For my pre-processing pipeline I need to know the slice time order of the BOLD files for each site. The nifti files do not have the complete header information. But I thought I could gather enough information from the protocol each site put on on the ABIDE site. However, I can't match up the abbreviations with the site. So for example, kki is easy that is the Kennedy Krieger Institute. My question is was do these abbreviations stand for: kul, mpg, sbl, sjh, usm.
