ABIDE II file descriptions
Hi ABIDE experts:
I am trying to download the ABIDE II processed functional images but in the output directory, there are four directories listed "denoise" "fmriprep" "mind boggle_mri" and "mriqc". I am wondering where I can find the methods that describes these processing steps?
