I'm currently unable to match the subject IDs from the phenotype file (Available from: http://fcon_1000.projects.nitrc.org/indi...) to the anonymised filenames from my COINS downloads. The phenotypic file subject IDs all start with 5, while all subject IDs from COINS start with 3, and as far as I can tell there seems to be no matching logic. Others on this forum have expressed the same issue, but I have found no reply to any thread with any pertinent information. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
