Hello, i am trying to download data from the FCP-INDI dataset and i am wondering what is the difference between the type of scans named as:
func_rest, mprage_anonymized, mprage_skullstripped, unknown.
Could you please clarify this for me as it is not clear now for me which one i have to select to download the images? My goal is to combine this dataset with the IXI T1-weighted scans one. I am wondering which scan type i have to download in order to process all my data the same way later.
