age of subjects
Sorry if this is obvious and I´m just not getting it, but I can´t
find the ages of the Rockland-Subjects. The phenotypic csv file
doesn´t seem to contain this information.
Another question relates to the format of the phenotypic data file. What would be the easiest way to get the data into a table format (e.g. in Excell)?
If this is of any information, I downloaded the INDI_lite packages.
Many thanks in advance,
Michel

RE: age of subjects
Michel,
Thanks for pointing this out - it looks like in the recent repackaging of INDI-Lite (basically, outputting of the INDI-XNAT to INDI-Lite), the age variable got knocked out. We will have an excel file with all info posted in the first half of tomorrow, along with the updated subject packages that contain the age variable in the proper location for individual subjects. We will send a message out when all is posted (we are just repackaging all from scratch to be systematic).
Best,
Mike

RE: age of subjects
Michel,
You can find all NKI-Rockland phenotypic variables for the INDI-Lite distribution, including age, in a single spreadsheet on the NKI-Rockland page (Quick Link: ftp://www.nitrc.org/fcon_1000/htdocs/ind... ).
David will be updating the individual archives as well to ensure age is there.
Best,
Mike

RE: age of subjects
Dear INDI-Team,
I´m afraid the transfer of the phenotypic data to INDI_Lite hasn´t worked out well for the latest NKI-Rockland release (Wednesday, 24.11.). The spreadsheets consist of two lines containing only:
Subject,M/F,Hand,DOB,MR Sessions
"ID",U,U,,1
The recently updated single spreadsheet containing phenotypic data of the first 3 packages (40 subjects) contains only data from 38 subjects (one of which just states "unknown", Subj ID = 1494230). Data of subjects 1834799 and 2531270 (which are among the first 40 subjects) are missing in the list. Is this because there is no data for these subjects available?
Thanks again for this great project and for all the effort you´re putting in it.
Michel

RE: age of subjects
Michel,
Sorry for the slow response - our team is returning to town from the Thanksgiving holiday, and we will review the upload and post corrections/updates tomorrow.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention :)
Best,
Mike

RE: age of subjects
Dear Michel,
thanks for your active usage of the data and we do apologize for the inconvenience regarding the phenotypic data!!
1) I corrected the NKI.008.001.LiteNIFTI release. It now includes the phenotypic data for the subjects in that release.
2) The combined CSV file now also includes all 45 subjects.
3) We are indeed missing the phenotypic information for 3 subjects (1494230, 2531270, 1834799). We will update our releases with that information as soon as possible. These 3 subjects are part of the NKI.007.001 release.
Hopefully this clears things up, and as always, please do not hesitate to bring any problems, questions or remarks to our attention!
Best,
Maarten
