I would like to use AutoSeg to segment brain into 8 regions. I find it difficult to use AutoSeg for this task. I have some questions:
1. What is "Common coordinate image" in my case?
2. What is "Tissue Seg Atlas directcory"? and does it contain multiple files and how?
3. What is "ROI atlas file"?
4. What is "ROI-Atlas-Parcellation maps"?
5. How can we specify individual brain regions through "ROI Atlas-Probabilistic sub cortical structures"?

I have only one template atlas containing 8 brain regions. How can I use it to do segment T1-MRI brain scans into 8 regions?
