Hello,

I'm debugging an error in either XNAT or pyxnat where getting a file results in a 404 error, even though curl and the web interface can download the file and/or experiment with the "missing" file.  The issue may be that in the interfaces.py with how _memcache is set.  What is the function of the _memcache dictionary and why is it used?
