i have some very basic questions about PPI analysis. 

1. I would like to know if there is a way of conducting PPI analysis just between two ROIS - one seed and other target. 

2. When I get PPI results for group level. If I observe, a connectivity between seed region and some other area (eg. between IFG_op and MTG). Is there a way to compute the connectivity values for each subject between these two areas?

I think you could use CONN functional toolbox to get the matrix between two ROIs.
