I need to determine task modulated connectivity between ROI (pSTG) and (1) frontal mask, (2) temporal mask and (3) parietal mask ROIs at individual level. Thereafter, find the top 100 most connected voxels within each mask of interest.

I am using gPPPI toolbox, is there away to specify the mask and run the PPI between the ROI and mask of interest.
