Hello,

Recently we use MASI label fusion to validate multi-atlas segmentation and find that
when running at MATLAB of different versions, the results may be different. Currently
we tested it on MATLAB 2010a, MATLAB 2009a and MATLAB 2010b. And 2010a give
correct result, 2009a and 2010b give NaN output when running COLLATE function and
the result is not correct.
