Hello,

I am using GRETNA to calculate global network metrics in fNIRS. I compared the AUC values given by GRETNA and by using TRAPZ function in MATLAB/R. All the values differ in the range of multiplication of 19-20x values calculated by GRETNA. I tried using different sparsity threshols yet getting the same difference. 

May I know how does GRETNA calculates AUC values ?
