Hello everyone!
I am at the Humboldt University investigating neuroanatomical underpinnings of ASD.
We have anaalysed the data with CAT 12 and obtein data in several atlases (Human Project Connectome and Destruieux)
We wonder for the possibility of transferring the neuroanatomical data we analysed (cortical volume, cortical thickness, depth, gyrification and fracture dimension) to the parcellations used in the Social Brain Connectome (see reference and regions below).
Could someone give me any insight into how this process might be carried out.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
We look forward to your response!
Best,
Borja.
