How to do a color bar in fslview(TBSS)?
Hi,
I have analyzed our DTI data with TBSS and found some interesting result.I have displayed the result in the fslview,however,I can not do a color bar. Who can help me ? Thank you!

How to do a color bar in fslview(TBSS)?
Hi - you can load a colourbar (like you load an image) in fslview
here:
$FSLDIR/etc/luts/colourbar.nii.gz
You cannot load this with your image though, it is just useful for snapshots...
