Template for rat
Hi nitrc list,
I'm attempting to do some studies using fMRI on mouse model.
I am curious if there are template of rat that could be used in my project.

Not my field at all, but I happened to notice a link to this when looking at the SPM extensions page the other day. I hope this is of some help.

The second page of google scholar results for articles citing the above one also mentions a mouse atlas.

One subsequent question this raises is the utility of mouse
resources for application to the rat.
If applicable, there are a number of templates for mouse available from the Mouse BIRN (see http://www.nbirn.net/research/mouse/inde...)
In addition to atlases per se, also there is the use of an atlas to facilitate anatomic segmentation in the mouse:
Ali AA, Dale AM, Badea A, Johnson GA (2005) Automated Segmentation of Neuroanatomical Structures in Multispectral MR Microscopy of the Mouse Brain. NeuroImage, Aug 15;27(2):425-35.
