DARTEL Documentation / Phenotypic Data?
Hello. I understand that in the ATHENA pipeline datasets each
folder contains a csv file containing all the appropriate
phenotypic data. However, when I unpacked the DARTEL data I have
only the raw nii images. It's also unclear how to reconcile the
datafile numbers to those in the other (ATHENA-pipeline) datasets.
Apologies if this is covered in the documentation, but after a day
of digging I'm still at a loss to find this. Cheers!

RE: DARTEL Documentation / Phenotypic Data?
Dear Vicente,
I met exactly the same problem as yours! Have you found the phenotypic data for the The Burner Pipeline now?
Cheers,
Sam

The phenotypic files are the same as those for the originial
ADHD200 datasets and can be found at the following links:
http://fcon_1000.projects.nitrc.org/indi...
http://fcon_1000.projects.nitrc.org/indi...
For the training data, you will have to click on each site to download their specific phenotypic data.

Cameron
